Dheeraj Kumar is a media professional, filmmaker, and visual storyteller with over a decade of experience in photography, videography, digital media production, and communication. He is the Founder and Proprietor of D.K. Studio, established in 2011 with the vision of delivering creative, high-quality, and impactful visual communication services.
Educational Background
Since its inception, D.K. Studio has evolved into a trusted media production company offering a wide range of services, including wedding photography and cinematography, corporate films, promotional videos, political campaign management, social media content production, documentary filmmaking, event coverage, and other allied media services. Under Dheeraj’s leadership, the studio has successfully served individuals, businesses, educational institutions, government organizations, and political clients by combining creativity with modern production techniques.
Dheeraj Kumar completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Lucknow University in 2008. Driven by his passion for media and communication, he pursued a Master’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, which he completed in 2015.
To strengthen his technical expertise in digital content creation and animation, he also completed the professional certification AD3DPRO (Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya, and Autodesk Mudbox) from MAAC, Lucknow in 2011.

Alongside managing D.K. Studio, Dheeraj Kumar has gained valuable experience in journalism, television production, and academic media training. His professional journey includes:
- Video Journalist at Network 10 (2015–2016), where he covered news stories and produced visual news content.
- Cameraperson at the Media Centre, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow (2016–2017), contributing to educational and institutional media production.
- Visiting Faculty at Aryakul Group of Colleges, where he trains students in camera operation, videography, and practical media production, helping aspiring media professionals develop industry-ready skills.

Throughout his career, Dheeraj has continuously enhanced his professional skills through specialized training and participation in prestigious academic and cultural events. His notable achievements include:
- Four-week Professional Training at Doordarshan Lucknow (2014).
